ACME Wins 2025 China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Award
Recently, the list of winners for the 2025 China Machinery Industry Science and Technology Awards was officially announced. The achievement “Research, Development, and Application of Technical Standards and Equipment for Vacuum Low-Pressure Carburizing and High-Pressure Gas Quenching Heat Treatment,” in whichACME participated, was honored with the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Progress.

This award, jointly established by the China Machinery Industry Federation and the Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society, stands as one of the industry's highest honors, representing the pinnacle of technological innovation within the machinery sector.
The award-winning project integrates two core processes—vacuum low-pressure carburizing and high-pressure gas quenching—demonstrating technological innovation inprecise heat treatment. The vacuum low-pressure carburizing process ensures uniform and consistent surface quality by precisely controlling the carburizing process under low-pressure conditions. This is followed by high-pressure gas quenching, which achieves rapid cooling through high-velocity gas flow, effectively minimizing parts’deformation.
