Compared to traditional welding processes, vacuum brazing furnaces offer significant advantages. The vacuum environment removes oxidation layers from the workpiece surface, resulting in welds that are free of porosity and slag, with excellent sealing and corrosion resistance, which greatly extends the service life of the workpiece. This process is suitable for brazing dissimilar materials such as titanium alloys, high-temperature alloys, and ceramics-to-metal, with minimal deformation during the processing of complex, thin-walled, and grooved parts. The entire process can be programmed and stored, ensuring consistent welding quality for batch production and a high degree of automation. The process requires no chemical flux, eliminating the need for cleaning steps, which is both environmentally friendly and energy-efficient. Additionally, it allows for simultaneous completion of heat treatments such as annealing and degreasing, thereby simplifying the production workflow. The furnace’s high-temperature-resistant components experience minimal wear, and the equipment is simple to operate and maintain, making it suitable for long-term continuous production.
