■ Battery Electrolyte Low-Temperature Pretreatment + Efficient Medium-Temperature Organic Matter Pyrolysis: The complete lithium battery recycling equipment adopts a combined method of low-temperature drying and medium-temperature pyrolysis. This approach more effectively removes organic substances such as electrolyte and binder.
■ Efficient Medium-Temperature Organic Matter Pyrolysis: ACME has developed an efficient, integrated pyrolysis technology for organic matter. Pyrolysis is conducted in an oxygen-free environment within the 400-600°C temperature range. Within this range, binders and separators decompose, thereby weakening the bonding force between the electrode active materials and the current collectors. This process yields purified electrode materials and achieves mutual separation of the various components in spent lithium batteries
