Product Description:

TaC is a kind of ultra-high temperature resistant ceramic material, which has better high temperature stability than SiC as an ablative coating, oxidation resistance coating, wear resistant coating.  it is widely used in aerospace ultra-high temperature hot end parts, the third generation of semiconductor single crystal growth and other fields for it can be used In non-oxygen environment above 2000℃


Product application range :

High temperature resistance pipe, engine tail scour insulation, high temperature resistance and oxidation nozzle.


Product performance and characteristics: 

There is a better thermal compatibility because the thermal expansion coefficient of TaC is similar to the thermal expansion coefficient of SiC ceramics and graphite
