Description
This furnace is mainly used for the production of high performance brake disc used in Automobile, Bullet train, Tank, Aircraft and etc.

Technology process:

1.Carbon fiber preform → high temperature treatment → pressure infiltration → carbonization → machining  →  graphitization →  ceramization →  subsequent process

2.Carbon fiber preform → high temperature treatment → CVD →  machining  →  graphitization →  ceramization →  subsequent process

 

Optional Configuration of C-C / Carbon-ceramic Brake Disc Preparation Equipment

1.Furnace door: screw/hydraulic/manual elevation; manual tight/ auto lock-ring tight

2.Furnace vessel: all carbon steel/inner layer stainless steel/all stainless steel/Q345

3.Furnace hot zone: soft carbon felt/soft graphite felt/rigid composite board/Refractory brick+ceramic fiber /CFC

4.Heating element : isostatic press graphite/high purity, strength and density graphite/Ni-Cr; Fe-Cr-Nb

5.Muffle: press high purity, high purity, strength and density graphite/fine size graphite/SUS310S

6. Process gas system: volume/mass flow-meter

7.Thermocouple: C type/ S type/ K type/ N type

8.Pyro-meter: Single color/Dual-color; CHINO/Raytek
