Description
Aluminum nitride is usually referred to asγ-AlON.It is an important solid solution compound in Pseudo-binary AlN-Al2O3 system; It belongs to Face centered cubic spinel structure, in which the O, N take the anion places and Al3+ takes the gaps between the octahedron and tetrahedron, then consist of Al(64+x)/3(VAl)(8-x)/3O(32-x)Nx(2.7≤x≤5, V stand for vacancy); It is an Al vacancy“Flaw type” crystal.
Its powder is not only the raw material for the preparation of alumina ceramics, but also has piezoelectric catalytic degradation effect due to its special crystal structure, which has a potentially broad application prospect in the field of organic wastewater treatment and other environmental protection.
