Boasting a working chamber dimension of1500×1500×2500mm and a maximum loading capacity of3500kg, the equipment delivers exceptional thermal performance. Leveraging independent multi-zone temperature control technology, it maintains stable temperature uniformity within±5℃ across the entire furnace chamber, ensuring consistent and reliable heat treatment quality for every batch of titanium alloy parts.

This system enables real-time second-level monitoring, instant early warning and automatic emergency response to eliminate potential risks.
