WASTE WIND MILL BLADE RECYCLING EQUIPMENT

WASTE WIND MILL BLADE RECYCLING EQUIPMENT

The wind turbine blade recycling integrated system employs microwave pyrolysis technology for the environmentally sound treatment and resource recovery of decommissioned wind turbine blades and related materials. Through an intelligent temperature control system, the equipment efficiently pyrolyzes the feedstock, yielding pyrolysis residue and high-temperature oil-gas mixture. The pyrolysis residue undergoes low-temperature oxidation to recover reusable carbon fibers. The high-temperature oil-gas is processed through a condensation system to recover pyrolysis oil, while non-condensable gaseous products are combusted and discharged in compliance with emission standards.
