The complete equipment set for spent lithium battery recycling provides an integrated solutiorcovering the entire process from individual battery cells to black mass, copper, and aluminum. It isappllicable for the pretreatment of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries. The ful system encompassesrapid discharqe + controlled shredding + integrated pyrolysis + sorting and separation + pollution controlachieving high-value recovery of black mass, copper, and aluminum from spent lithium batteries whileensuring polutant emissions meet compliance standards, The pretreatment process offers three options;dryinq, drying combined with pyrolysis, or pyrolysis alone. Following pretreatment, an optional new hiqh-temperature roasting system based on multi-phase reactant adaptation can be conligured to achieve thegoal of wet-process prioritized lithium extraction from roasted black mass.
