4. Full-Height Synchronized Cooling: Slender workpieces can achieve synchronized cooling at a rate of ±25°C/second across their entire height, ensuring uniform hardness in the upper, middle, and lower sections of the part.

5. Energy-Efficient Design: During workpiece transfer for quenching, the heating chamber maintains a high temperature, allowing only the workpiece to undergo heat exchange. This results in minimal heat transfer, rapid gas quenching, and significantly reduced energy consumption.
