And the max sintering temperature can be 2500°C, such as the iron-copper base brake disc of the plane, bullet train brake-shoe, armor, armored car backplane, bullet against armor of the helicopter

Technical Features
1. Expect manually loading and unloading process, others are asthmatically, digitally and intelligent.
2.With 2 bar-15 bar gas system for external circle fast cooling, ensure the product cooling down quickly and efficiently.
3.Not only work under vacuum, also can under positive hydrogen and argon atmosphere. It’s good for pressing the similar power such as CuZnSn.
4.Hot-zone be simulation calculated with precise accurate temperature uniformity, the heating elements and insulation be modulation design.
5.There is a pressing frame device with one or more accurate hydraulic cylinders on both upper and bottom for dual pressing.
6.The surface of the ram accuracy can be ±5um.
7.Equip with pressure and weight sensor made-in-Germany to make sure the pressing force outlet accuracy.
8.Equip with position sensor made-in-Germany to make sure the position accuracy.
9.The ram can be sustain 12 hours at 2400°C with accurate press force.
10.Pressing force value, displacement value will be curved and digital showed on the computer screen.
11.Single-way pressure and double-way pressure ram.
12.Pressing control ways: with hydraulic servo-motor proportional valve flow control.
13.Insulation can be graphite or metal.
14.Loading pressure can be 30T, 50T, 100T, 200T, 400T, 500T, 800T, 1000T, 2000T.
15.Temperature can be 1500°C, 1800°C, 2000°C, 2300°C, 2400°C, 2500°C.
16.Ram material can be isostatic pressing graphite or TZM alloy.
