Hot isostatic pressing (HIP) equipment is a type of heat treatment equipment that combines high temperatures (up to 2000°C) and high pressures (up to 220 MPa), making it a critical thermal processing tool for enhancing the properties of advanced materials.

Applications:
Key core sectors including aerospace, healthcare, additive manufacturing (3D printing), energy and machinery, specialty ceramics, electronics and semiconductors, and advanced manufacturing and heat treatment.
Technical Features of Hot Isostatic Pressing Furnaces:
Top-loading or bottom-loading configurations are available; top-loading is recommended.
Pit-type or non-pit-type layouts are available.
An optional rapid cooling system can be installed to enable rapid cooling of the equipment.
An optional full-machine video surveillance system can be installed to provide real-time video monitoring of critical equipment components.
Suitable process gases: Ar or N₂, with a purity of ≥99.999%; Ar is recommended.
