ACME carbon ceramic technology research and development team is a core core team of ACME, specializing in the development of special thermal equipment for carbon based and ceramic matrix composites. Under the leadership of Dr. Hu Xianglong, the leader of the team, after more than 10 years of development, the team has trained and absorbed a large number of technical and management backbones, forming a young, middle-aged, young and energetic scientific and technological innovation team. The team has a total number of 187 people, including 3 professor level senior engineers, 7 doctors, 25 masters, and more than 20 people with senior professional titles and above.
The team has developed more than 10 series and hundreds of specifications of special thermal equipment, including several projects, which have successfully solved the national neck sticking problem, such as the first high Mach graphite thermal storage heater in China, the first mesh free belt self traction continuous carbon fossil inking system for carbon fiber fabrics, the first floating crucible high-temperature high-pressure impregnation system, etc The development of materials and equipment in semiconductor and other fields has made important contributions.
The project team has undertaken more than 20 major projects above the provincial and ministerial level, with a total project fund of more than 200 million yuan, won more than 20 provincial and ministerial science and technology awards, authorized more than 400 patents, formulated 13 industry standards, registered 86 software copyrights, and completed 24 scientific and technological evaluations, 16 of which reached the international advanced level.
A generation of materials, technology and equipment! As the core development tool of military new material production, special thermal equipment is the basic guarantee for the realization of new materials, new technologies and new processes.
