4. Zero consumption of inert gases. Zero consumption of argon.

6. The furnace hearth is designed thround modularized optimization with good temperature uniformity oerformance.
7. Compared with horizontal transmission quenching device, teh quenching device made up of vertical material lifting trolley has the advantage of shorter transporation time.
8. The special know-how will be used, which makes the furnace no need to charge other gases to suppress water vapor, thoroughly prevents water vapor entering into heating chamber and polluting the vacuum pump system.
9. It has a chiller to provide 5℃ water, thus to make better quench performance.
