1.The hydraulic press device and the hot zone consist of the whole diffusion brazing furnace, the pressure loading system equipped with 0.001 class pressure sensor which is made in Germany to ensure the accurate and 10um class high accurate displace met sensor to ensure the displacement. And the independent pressure makeup system to ensure the pressure of the diffusion pump accurate.
2.Professional motive seal structure to make sure no leakage during the ram displacement in a long period.

4.The surface flatness of the ram accuracy can be ±5um.
5.The pressure field relies on the 3D finite element technical to simulate the deformation during the pressure loading on the upper ram or bottom ram. With enough safety reservation of the ram thickness after the calculation ensure there is no deformation on the ram in high temperature and the loading base flatness of the product.
6.The ram is easy to remove and install, if without pressure, it can be used as a brazing furnace with multiple function.
