The metal melt flows through the pre-heater and the guide tube to the spray plate, the high-pressure gas flows out the nozzle and breaks the metal melt into small drops. While the metal drops forms the fine metal powder, which form sub-spherical or irregular particles under the combined action of surface tension and rapid cooling of gas during falling down.
