Another achievement of ACME Technology passed the evaluation of experts and reached the international leading level
On September 14, 2021, China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, in accordance with the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Science and Technology's "Science and Technology Evaluation Methods", organized experts to investigate Hunan VRHUNAC Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing University of Technology, Guangzhou Energy Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Central South University, Anhui Chu Jiang Technology New Materials Co., Ltd. and Anhui Chujiang High-tech Electrical Materials Co., Ltd. and other units jointly completed the project of "high-efficiency pyrolysis and high-quality utilization technology and equipment of organic-coated copper-based waste materials" to evaluate scientific and technological achievements.
The achievement evaluation expert group consists of Academician Chai Liyuan, Director of National Heavy Metal Pollution Prevention and Control Engineering Technology Research Center, Professor Jia Mingxing, Vice President of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, Professor Hu Junke, Senior Consultant of Sunward Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., and Secretary General of Hunan New Materials Industry Association. Professor Xi Xiaoming, Professor Chen Haiqing, deputy chief engineer of Hunan Nonferrous Metals Research Institute and other experts.
In view of the problems of high energy consumption, large copper loss, easy generation of dioxins and other harmful gases, and difficulty in mass production in intermittent operation, the project has independently developed a continuous high-efficiency thermal Decomposition conversion treatment technology, pyrolysis gas clean combustion calorific value reuse and exhaust gas deep purification technology, large-scale pyrolysis equipment full-process intelligent control technology, recycled copper high-efficiency impurity removal and purification and high-quality utilization technology, realizing the integration of each functional unit Integrated and constructed an environmentally-economically coordinated green design method and operation and maintenance mode of pyrolysis equipment.
The project results have been successfully applied in Chujiang New Materials and other units since 2016. For the first time in the industry, large-scale continuous automatic production of pyrolysis regeneration of organic-coated copper-based waste materials has been realized, with good technical reproducibility and high maturity. Since the project was put into operation, pollutant discharge has been effectively reduced, and the economic, social and environmental benefits have been remarkable.
At the evaluation meeting, Academician Chai Liyuan commented that the continuous operation technology invented by the project is a significant progress compared with intermittent operation; Chairman Jia Mingxing pointed out that the traditional recycling method of waste non-ferrous metals usually easily leads to the degradation of material quality, and this project has effectively achieved the maintenance of copper metal. Utilization is of great significance to the development of the non-ferrous metal recycling industry. After a comprehensive review by the expert group, the participating experts unanimously affirmed that the overall technology of the project "high-efficiency pyrolysis and high-quality utilization technology and equipment of organic-coated copper-based waste materials" has reached the international leading level.
