Gas Atomization Powder Production Equipment

The intermediate frequency melting furnace is placed in an appropriate place. The metal or alloy is melted and alloyed by intermediate frequency heating. The metal melt flows through the pre-heater and the guide tube to the spray plate, the high-pressure gas flows out the nozzle and breaks the metal melt into small drops. While the metal drops forms the fine metal powder, which form sub-spherical or irregular particles under the combined action of surface tension and rapid cooling of gas during falling down.

1. Lyhyt johdanto
