Descripción
This type of furnace is mainly used for pressure infiltration of composite material, It has two types: Low temperature infiltration and high temperature melting infiltration.

Aplicación:

The low temperature infiltration is mainly used for infiltration asphalt, resin and polycarbosilane of C/C, SiC composite material.

The high temperature melting infiltration is mainly used for infiltration aluminum alloy, copper alloy, titanium alloy and high temperature alloy of C/C, graphite, ceramic composite material.

Características técnicas

1.Furnace has multiple level safety protection;

2.Locking ring is hydraulic driving with mechanical limit;

3.Door open is hydraulic manual open or auto open, simplify operation;

4.Low temperature infiltration furnace has single chamber and twin chamber option;

5.High temperature melting infiltration furnace can continuous working to improve the production efficiency.
