2023 Hunan Mechanical Engineering Society Materials and Heat Treatment Branch Council meeting successfully held

 On April 16th, the 7th Candidate Council meeting of Materials and Heat Treatment Branch of Hunan Mechanical Engineering Society was held in Hunan ACME  Co., LTD. Liu Jinwen, executive Deputy Secretary-General of Hunan Mechanical Engineering Society, attended the meeting. More than 20 representatives of the governing units of the society attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by the secretary-general Wang Siqing.

At the beginning of the conference, Dr. Tan Xinglong, Director of New Materials Research Lab of Top Technology, gave a welcoming speech. Dr. Tan warmly welcomed the leaders and experts, and said that he would give full play to the advantages of the enterprise and actively support the work of the society. He also wished the conference a complete success.

 Liu Jinwen, Executive Deputy Secretary-General of Hunan Mechanical Engineering Society, made a speech. He spoke highly of the achievements of Materials and Heat Treatment Branch in recent years, and said that the Mechanical Engineering society will continue to support the work of the branch. At the same time, he put forward guidance and suggestions for the future development of the branch.

  The meeting elected the seventh board of directors of Hunan Mechanical Engineering Society Materials and Heat Treatment Branch members: Bai Shuxin as the chairman; Dai Yu, Sugiyama Huiyang, Yi Yuehua, Hu Wenxiang, Su Liwu and Huang Jinsong were appointed as vice chairmen; Wang Siqing was appointed Secretary-General; Huang Qiaomei and Wang Xinming were appointed deputy Secretary-General.

 After the election meeting, the participating experts exchanged and discussed the cutting-edge technologies of new materials and heat treatment. Professor Bai Shuxin from National University of Defense Technology shared "Application-Oriented Material Innovation and Development". Professor Liu Xiubo from Central South University of Forestry and Technology gave a report on the New Direction of 3D printing of wear-resistant antifriction composite coating and Metal Materials by laser cladding of titanium Alloy; Chen Jin Gaogong, deputy general manager of Advanced Heat Treatment Division of ACME , introduced the technical status and development trend of thermal equipment of super high and large size vertical high pressure gas quenching furnace and vertical vacuum oil quenching furnace.

 ACME  has been deeply engaged in the field of thermal equipment for many years, and has "Hunan Provincial Key Laboratory of Aerospace Power Welding Technology and Materials for National Defense Science and Technology" and "Material Technology and Thermal Equipment Customer Experience Center". It has the ability to develop super-large, ultra-high temperature and intelligent equipment. In recent years, The large vertical vacuum oil quenching furnace (height 3 meters) and ultra-high size vertical vacuum high pressure gas quenching furnace (charging height up to 6 meters) developed are suitable for heat treatment of long rod and long shaft workpiece in aircraft landing gear, rocket booster, rocket engine shell and other military fields. They have broken the technological monopoly of western countries and are important for serving the country.
